Description:

The Bioterrorism Training and Emergency Response Curriculum was developed to educate students and the public on information regarding bioterrorism preparedness and emergency response. Importance of effective communication in an emergency.

The eight principles of Emergenc Risk Communication as well as tools to assist in communicating with people in emotional states will be addressed.  Tips for building trust and crediability with your audience, logistics and procedures to facilitate ERC and development of effective messaging and deliverystrategies will be discussed.
