Incident Command System


The Bioterrorism Training and Emergency Preparedness Curriculum was developed to educate students and the public on information regarding bioterrorism preparedness and emergency response.

The definition, purpose, background and history of the Incident Command System will be covered.  Additionally the influence of Presidential directives on ICS, the organizational structure of the ICS and how it relates to Public Health will also be discussed.

Each individual file has been encrypted with a password.  Instructions for accessing a file are located on our website.
