EMS Decontamination and PPE

Description: EMS Decontamination and PPE is a 4 hour course where attendees will receive a brief overview of CBRN agents with an emphasis on intentional dissemination of these agents. The lecture emphasizes decontamination, START method of triage, and the correct components and don/doff methods of PPE, and a brief overview of DMORT and animal decontamination. The session concludes with a hands on demonstration for all participants on the appropriate don/doff techniques of PPE.
