Kentucky's Preparedness Plans--Online Course

Description: This Free Online CE Course examines and defines public health and the core functions of public health, such as assessment, health policy, and assurance. The course focuses on public health in Kentucky and how public health has changed over the years. For example, one focal point is the comparison of public health before and after 9/11 and what changes occurred in Kentucky after 9/11.

The course also examines the Health Alert Network/Communication and Information Technology and the goals of Health Alert Network. This course is designed for all healthcare professionals.
