Pandemic Influenza Tabletop Exercise

Included in this product are publications, slides, videos, and probes to introduce the basic issues that will need to be discussed and planned for in a pandemic situation.  The folder contains both the CDC TTX and the RAND TTX material.  This exercise has been used by the Montana Bioterrorism Training Project after teaching the ICS 200 A Practical Approach to the Managing Infectious Desease Outbreaks course but can be used independent of that course as well.  Generally the RAND tool is more focused but elements of the CDC may be applicalbe as well.  In particular the simulated news broadcasts help set the stage and tone.

Appropriate for all audiences, business as well as government and healthcare leadership.  Exercise length is about 4 to 6 hours.

Some of the images, graphics, videos and background papers included here have not necessarily been approved/or permission granted for reprint or use in this context.  As time permits, these courses may be updated and improved upon by the authors.  It would be appreciated that updates and improvemtns by others be shared with the author.
